Made with 100% “Sprouted Brown Rice” or “Mixed Rice; Baked Rice, or “Noo-Roong-Ji” is a traditional Korean food made with scorched rice. Our baked rice is oven baked and it can be eaten in its crisp state or soaked in hot water similar to an oatmeal.
1) Eat it by itself as a crispy snack (DO NOT eat it this way if you have sensitive teeth)
2) Add warm milk or warm water and let it soak for 3-7 minutes.
3) Add the baked rice to ramen or other types of soups as rice substitute
